LORD MONTGOMERY
VISIT TO NEW PLYMOUTH MAY FLY OYER OPUNAKE As the result of urgent- representations, by telegram, to the ALinister of Defence, Field Alar shall Lord Montgomery may fly over Opunake on his way to New Plymouth this morning, and residents are advised to keep a look-out. The telegram was sent by the ALiyor yesterday and towards late afternoon Air. Clouston received a reply stating that the request had been passed on to the appropriate quarters for consideration. No further advise had been received at, time of publication
