"FLAG" MATCH DRAW FOR SATURDAY The following is the draw for a "Flag" Match to be played on Sunday, 2nd June. All players are requested to be ready to hit off by 1.30 p.m. at the latest: Harding, Bowater, Malcolm; L. Des Forges, Burton, Hooper; Hepburn. Hutchen, Sorenson; R. Feat, Feaver, Thomas; Cavaney, Fitzherbert, Gunson; Clouston, Yep, Nicoll; B. Des Forges, Jackson, B. Peat; Watt, Simpson, Turu; Dudley, Otene, Trotter; Ponnington, Riley, Ranfnrd; Segar, Pickering, Bullock. Any player unable to take part in the competition please notify ii member of the Match committee (C. Burton, K. Hepburn or D. Bullock). A bogey match held in conjunction with the final round of the Boyle Gup was won by L. Baker, all square. LADIES' GOLF BRENNAN SHIELD Miss O'Sullivan who unwittingly broke the rules, and whose s. ore was 'disallowed was the only lady to return a card near her handicap in the Ist round of the Brennau Shield, played on Wednesday. Her partner was Mrs. Jackson. Mrs. Malcolm, with. 81 nett returned the best card. Conditions were not good, however, and deteriorated rapidly towards late afternoon. The Junior L.G.U: draw for Wednesday is: Mrs. O'Neil, Mrs. Adams; Mrs. Cruden, Mrs. Thompson; Mrs. Muuro, Miss Morris; Mrs. Miss Sinclair. An L.G.U. medal round for Saturday players will also be played tomorrow. The draw is: Miss Clouston, Mrs. Adams; Mis s Hickey, Mrs. Cruden; Miss Ansen, Miss Hickman. Trophy Donated The Club is indebted to Mrs. R Otene, a former member, who has kindly donated a Cup to be called the "Haumoana Cup" vliich will be for match play competition.
