A Fowl Returned A new angle to a chicken-stealing story was given by Dr. D. E. Hansen, principal of the Christchurch Technical College, to a meeting of the college board. Recently, Dr.''Hansen said, a marauder had climbed the netting fence of the fowlyard at the college hostel at Ensur Bond, and had "got away with hens, coops, eggs and all." "Wo are now wondering," Dr. Hansen added, "whether this will be similar to last year's occurrence, when some pereon got away with fowl and eggs, and later, apparently when the chickens had been 'weaned,' returned the fowl."
