PIHAMA LADIES' GUILD
MONTHLY MEETING The monthly meeting of the Pihama Ladies' Guild was held on Wednesday afternoon at the residence of Mrs D. Holmes, junr. Owing to other arrangements 50 per cent, of the members were absent, those present being Mesdames D. Holmes, J. S. Tosland, W. M. Allan and G. Wood.
Arrangements were made in connection with providing luncheon at the saleyards on the 20th inst., and plans for future functions were laid. A dainty afternoon tea was dispensed by the hostess and an informal chat over a cheery fire enjoyed.
