OPUNAKE GOLF CLUB
MATCH WITH TE NCUTU WIN FOR LOCAL TEAM On Saturday afternoon a team from the Te Ngutu Golf Club were defeated by four games to three by an Opunake team on the local links. Mr G. Mclvor welcomed the visitors and Mr Barday returned thanks on behalf of the Te Ngutu team. Following are the results, Opunake players being mentioned first:—

Edmonds and Feaver defeated Belts and Evetts. Fraser and Mclvor defeated B. Barclay and B. Crawford. Father Kennedy and .Burton defeated J. Linn and G. Good.
