OPUNAKE TOWN BOARD
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Opunake Town Board held on the 16th. day of July, 1934, the following resolution was passed: "That pursuant to the provisions of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33 and the precedent consent of the Governor-General given by Order in Council dated Bth. "June, 1934, the Opunake Town Board hereby resolves to convert existing securities in the following Loans: Streets Improvement Loan £3,350 Workers Dwelling Loan £I,OOO into new securities at the rate of 4£ per centum per annum in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Opunake Town Board Loan Conversion Orders, 1934, numbers one ana two." Notice is further given that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Opunake Town Board to be held in the Board Boom, Opunake, on Monday, 6th. August, 1934, at 7 p.m. A. J. BEENNAN. Chairman.
