Replying to a question, the Und-er-oec'retary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. R. Butler, in the House of Commons, said that any decision of a general character concerning the supply of oil to Japan from the Dutch Fast indies rested with the Dutch Fast indies Government. Ho understood that no agreement had yet been reached.
