SABOTAGE BELIEVED
NORWEGIAN RAILWAY BLOCKING OF LINE (News by cable.) STOCKHOLM, Oct. 23. The railway linking Oslo and Bergen is. blocked as a result of the derailment of a locomotive and seven waggons. Sabotage is belieyed to bo responsible.
