MORE Al L) FOR BRITAIN HYDE BARK CONFERENCE (News by Cable.) WASHINGTON, Oct. 20. President Roosevelt and the Gov-ernor-General of Canada, the Earl of Athlonc, have completed a coilterencc which is widely believed to presage increased aid for Britain. It is reported without confirmation that an agreement was consummated for the sale of the ‘‘flying fortress” bombers to Britain, but White House officials disclaim knowledge.
