SECOND TIME OF WAR “RELEASED BY RETAIN (News by Cable.) LONDON, Oct. 0.. German airmen captured after a raider made a forced landing in Kent are now prisoners of war for the second time since the outbreak of the war. They were among over 400 German airmen shot down and taken prisoner in France whom the Petain Government handed back after the armistice.
