Bishop Liston has left Auckland for a fortnight’s visitation of the parishes in the districts of the Bay of Plenty and Gisborne. ******* Prior to his departure from Opotiki, Mr. A. P. Stuart, president of the Opotiki Club, was farewelled by .members at a happy little gathering.. The vice-president, Mr. N. - L..de Lautour, on behalf of the members, made a fitting presentation to Mr. Stuart, and expressed the regret of all that Mr. Stuart would be leaving Opotiki. Mr. Stuart suitably replied, expressing appreciation of the happy times he had spent as a member of the club.
