QUISLING OPPOSED
NORWEGIAN UNIONS (News by Cable.) LONDON, Sept. 30. The Stockholm correspondent of The Times says that the establishment, of the Quisling regime on Wednesday last immediately produced determined spontaneous non-co-operation among the Norwegian trade) unions, the chief of which has already destroyed the lists of k members, .burned tho books and wrecked the whole organisation to prevent Germany benefiting.
