CHILDREN OF BERLIN FEARS FOR HEALTH . (New 3 by Cable.) BERLIN, Sept. 30. An opportunity is being given to parents to send to the country children whose health might be impaired by the Royal Air Force raids on Berlin. Well-to-do parents must pay the expenses of evacuation, which is voluntary. Welfare organisations are meeting the cost of temporary homes for poor children.
