AMERICA AND JAPAN TOKYO PRESS OPINION (News by Cable.) TOIvIO, Sept. 27. The Japanese Foreign Office spokesman, commenting on the United States’ embargo on the export of scrap iron, said : “Our views on these discriminatory actions arc well known. We must be patient until the last moment.” The Asahi LShimbun. states : t “A clash between Japan and America now seems- inevitable.”
