BRITONS ATTACKED
INCIDENT IN RUMANIA (News by Cable.) BUCHAREST, Sept. 27. Two Britons, Mr. Charles Brasier, an engineer, and Mr. Reginald Young, chief chemist of the lloma-mana-Amcricanut. Oil Company, were badly beaten up at Ploestr and forced to sign a declaration that they were preparing sabotage. It is understood that they will be brought to Bucharest for expulsion.
