The Grand Duchess George of Russia, says the "Queen," is staying near Harrogate, where, in her more prosperous days, she spent many months with her young family, in a large house in the town. Princess Victoria several times joined her cousin there and benefited greatly by the 'air of the northern spa. Since the debacle in Russia the Grand Duchess, like the rest of the Imperial family, has been in greatly reduced circumstances, and can get little or no intelligence of her husband. The Grand Duchess George is a daughter of the late King of the Hellenes, and so a niece of Queen Alexandra, with whom when in town she spends a good deal of time at Marlborough House.
