INQUIRY AFTER INVALIDS.

A good deal of extra work has fallen upon the executive by friends of patients continually ringing up on the telephone to inquire after the sick. This is quite a natural thing, but we have been requested to ask the public not to worry the workers by ringing up, as it causes a lot of extra work. The committee has its hands already overtaxed.
