MONEY-SAVING EVENT.

CULLEN'S DRAPERY SALE

Messrs W. M. Cullen and Co., drapers of this town, intend holding a big eight-day sale, commencing.on Thursday next. This winter bargain sale is going to be limited to eighij days, and as the goods to be offered are this season's goods customers should not hesitate to take advantage of restocking their wardrobes at prices that will not again be offered. The impossibility of restocking at even the present sale prices is certain owing to the fact that hundreds of mills have been turned into munition factories and thus the exportation to the colonies is very limited. Restrictions have already been placed on the quantities that can be bought in many lines, thus showing the difficulty that exists in replacing the present stocks. Those who shop early on Thursday will have the largest range to select from.
