COMMUNICATION EFFECTED
A German communication claims that the Austnans arid Germans at Kladovo on the Danube,, ten miles south-east of Orsova, have established communication with the Bulgarians advancing from Negotin, 25 miles to the south. The Austrians say that a detachment has reached Brzapalanka, between Kladovo and Negotin. k The Servians are advancing to Ishtip.
