MOTOR COLLISION.

BOTH CARS DAMAGED

Yesterd.iy morning at about seven o'clock there was a collision between Mr MeJhurst's fine new Char-a-banc and Mr J. Ncwdick's five seater Ford cur at the corner of the road near the Ohinem in Comity m.i^izme. The (Jhar-a-banc was duven by Mr W. Medhurst, while Master J. Newdick was in charge of his lather's car. Mr Medhurst was proceeding to Karangahake to pick up a party for the Thames, and had with htm two passengers. The other car contained Mrs Newdick and her two sons. With the force of the impact both cars were damaged, more particularly the lighter one. Mr Medhurst was considerably shaken, and also were the party in the other car: The morning was very foggy and dull, and on this account Mr Medhurst was driving very slowly.
