A STRANGE "MARATHON."

New York, December 7. A strange Marathon, with a bride as the prize, was decided last night. Two rivals for the hand of a young lady agreed to her proposal to enter upon a waltzing contest, with her hand as the prize for the one who kept up the longest. The contest was witnessed by over 500 people.
