ALLOCATION OF COST.

For the purpose of providing funds to enable ihe Minister to undertake the duties prescribed, the Minister of Finance may raise from time to timeoa the security of and charge upon th« public revenues of New Zealand such • ■;. ; sums of money from time to time BOtflj exceeding in the whole the sum of?:, as he thinks fit.
