Flintlock is the sire of Plain Bill (winner of Auckland National), Lockade (winner of Wellington Steeplechase), and a number of others, both on the flat and over hurdles. Georgi, dam of Flintlock, is a full sister to Vivahdiere, dam of Canteen and others. Bluebell, dam of Ngatitoa, was bred in Queensland by the late Hon. Jas.
