NELSON' 3 CENTENARY.

Lozrooir, October 21. Lord Brassey and other notables are promoting an Imperial celebration of Nelson's conteoary on October 19th. The British and Foreign Sailors' Society, of which the Prince of Wales is Patron, hopes to raise a Nelson Memorial Fund of at least £44,000 for the benefit of seamen.
