PA WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. High praise for what Mr Fraser had done in the cause of education was expressed by the president of the New Zealand Educational Institute, Mr J. Box, at a meeting of the institute’s Dominion Executive. Both as Prime Minister and as Minister of Education, Mr Fraser had been greatly concerned both for the welfare of pupils and to improve teachers’ conditions, said Mr Box.
