RUSSIAN DELEGATES STUDY PLANS
Members of the Soviet delegation to the United Nations presented a picture of concentration when this picture was taken at Flushing Meadows. New York, before the meeting of the General Assembly, at which the main topics of discussion were Chinese Communist intervention in Korea and how to get them out of the country without starting a world war. Left to right in the front row are: Mr S. K. Tsarapkin, Mr Jacob Malik (the leader of the delegation), and Mr Andrei Vishinsky (the Soviet Foreign Minister). At the back are Russian aides.
