CLAIM AMENDED
General Wage Order ACTION BY FEDERATION PA WELLINGTON, Dec. 11. On the eve of the Court of Arbitration hearing for wage increases, the Federation of Labour, on behalf of the Furniture and Related Trades Union, has increased the amount it is claiming. Increases to the claim originally filed in April are from Is 3d an hour to Is 5 11-20 d an hour and from £2 5s to £2 18s 6d a week. The claim of the Auckland Ceramic and Concrete Workers’ Union, affiliated to the Trade Union Congress, remains at Is 9d an hour and £3 10s a week
