For the fourth time in the country’s history, and the third time in the present century, people waved good-bye to thousands of khaki-clad soldiers as they lined the rail of a troopship on their way overseas. This time the soldiers were members of K Force and the ship was the Ormonde, which sailed from Aotea quay, Wellington, on Sunday.
