CRICKET COACHES

After an address by Mr L. Smith on cricket coaching, a meeting of those interested decided to form a North Otago Cricket Coaching Panel, and the following officer were elected:—President, Mr A. Berry; vice-president, Mr I. Geddes, secretary, Mr D. Laver; committee —Messrs J. Bee, A. Rawson, G. Parker and P. Moir; delegate to the association, Mr I. Geddes Under the scheme, coaches will be present at Awamoa, Takaro and Orana Parks on Saturday mornings from 9.30, and instruction will be free to all boys interested. Coaches will also be available on mid-week .practice nights.’
