MOTOR CYCLE ACCIDENT
Driver And Pillion Rider Hurt PA WELLINGTON. Dec. 10. Severely iniured after a motor cycle accident a young woman struggled a auarter of a mile to her home earlv today. She is Miss Fay Margaret Louis Growden. aged 19. a weaver, of Howard road. Pt. Howard She received concussion, shock, a gashed knee and lacerations to her head. She was a nillion rider on a motor cvcle which plunged off the, road, on to rocks at Point Howard about 6.30 a.m. The rider of the machine Mr George Kalofl aged 23. a railway worker, of Gracefield Camp, received severe head injuries., He was taken bv private car to the Hutt Hospital, where, his condition is reported to be serious. The woman went bv ambulance. Her condition is reported fair The pair were returning from twenty-first birthday celebrations at Petone. Little damage was done to the motor cycle Three weeks ago two cars collided about trie same Diace.
