The advance party of 20 officers and men of K Force, travelling in two RNZAF Dakota aircraft of No. 41 Transport Squadron, left Whenuapai, Auckland, for Korea at 6 o’clock on Thursday morning. Some of the members of the party pose for their last picture in New Zealand just before the aircraft took off. The main force will embark tomorrow morning on the Ormonde, which is to sail for Korea about mid-day.
