BAND PROGRAMMES
Tomorrow afternoon the Oamaru Garrison Band will play the following programme in tire Public Gardens: —March, “ The Flag of Freedom melody, “At the Portals of the Palace Indian intermezzo, “Aishacornet solo, “ Scenes That Are Brightest" (Bandsman S. Pheloung); meditation, "The Close of Day”; selection, “ Wilfred Sanderson’s Popular Songs." featuring "Drake Goes West,” “My Dear Soul,” Captain Mac,” " Friend o' ‘ Mine," “ The Company Sergeant Major," " Tired Hands," "Up from Somerset,” and " Until ": waltz, “ The Pink Lady march, " St. Elmo." Several Christmas carols will also be played.
