German War Prisoners Held In Russia
AP—NZPA—Copyright Rec. 10 p.m. BONN, Dec. 8. The West German Government claims in a new memorandum to be sent to the United Nations, to have the names of 62,792 prisoners of war still in Soviet hands. Russia has maintained that all German prisoners have been returned except for 13,546 who are ill or who have been held or sentenced on war crime charges.
