CHAPMAN.—On September 26, 1950, at his residence, 28 Greenock street, Kaikorai, Edwin, beloved husband of the late Maria Chapman and loved father of Minnie, Edwin, Walter and Irene; in his eighty-sixth . year. CUTHBERTSON.—On September 25, 1950, at Balclutha, Harrold George, beloved husband of Agnes M. Cuthbertson.— Private interment. No flowers, by request.—W. Lovie, funeral director.

PATERSON.—On September 26, 1950, at Balclutha, Emma, beloved wife of the late Robert Paterson (late of Owaka), and loved mother of James and Robert (Balclutha) and Eric (Brisbane, Queensland); in her eighty-fourth year. “At rest.” — Friends are invited to attend her Funeral, which will leave the Chapel, John street, Balclutha, Tomorrow (Thursday), at the conclusion of a service commencing at 1.30 p.m., for the Owaka Cemetery, arriving at the cemetery about 2.45 p.m.—W.
