PA AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. A final dividend of Is 3d a share, together with a bonus of 3d a share, will be recommended by the directors of the South British Insurance Company, Ltd., to the annual meeting of shareholders on October 26. With an interim payment of Is 3d a share, the total distribution for the year, including a bonus, will be brought to 2s 9d a share, equal to 271 per cent In the previous year the total payment was 2s 6d a share, including a bonus of 3d, while in 1948 the payment of 2s 6d included a bonus of 6d. The current final dividend and bonus will be payable on October 26; ex dividend October 13.
