ELEMENTS WITHIN BANGKOK
NZPA—Reuter—Copyright Rec. 11.40 p.m. BANGKOK, July 19. A Siamese Government spokesman said that armed services security measures had been introduced to prevent, specifically, “ sabotage by Sojyetinspired Communist elements within Bangkok.” The threat from these potential saboteurs was the Government’s chief fear. Precautions are officially stated to include the placing of two-thirds of the city's police on duty at nights between dusk and dawn.
