Sir,—There curious statement ia the report on the discussion in Parlia‘ran? legislative Council Aboiltion Bill. Protesting against the Bill. Mr Fraser is reported as saying, “ Even in Soviet Russia, there is a second Chamber ” This is possibly very true, but Mr Fraser might have been reminded of the fact that m Soviet Russia there is no Opposition. In his present role, if he wer. in Soviet Russia he and his party would s®. L n „ strong danger of being «liquidated. —I am, etc.. True Bill.
