Dunback defeated Waikouaiti by 11 points to 6 on Saturday. As Shag Point has withdrawn from the senior competition, Palmerston had a bye. The results of the junior competition were:— Shag Point 12, Waitaki 6; Waikouaiti 14, Palmerston 3.
