PRICE OF MILK
Increase Next Week PA WELLINGTON, May 16. Orders authorising the new price of milk of 8d a quart in most districts will be gazetted this week and will come into force next Monday. This was announced this evening by the Minister of Industries and Commerce, Mr Bowden. He added that in a few districts, where a high distribution cost prevailed, the past practice of allowing an additional penny a quart would be continued.
