RESIDENT ENGINEER: A fully qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer to act as Resident Engineer in charge of their Pulp, Paper and Sawmills at Kinleith, Tokoroa, 140 miles south of Auckland, New Zealand. Successful applicant will be required to carry out administrative duties necessary to the erection .and establishment of these Mills. Subsequent duties will comprise the control of the whole of the Engineering and Maintenance Work related to the Mills and allied plant and buildings, including Automotive equipment. Applicants should be physically fit and between 38 and 50 years of age, and should possess a recognised Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Corporate Membership of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Experience should include general large-scale administration and the operation and control of Workshops. Preference will be given to applicants having experience in the establishment of heavy industrial projects. Commencing salary £ISOO per annum. 2. CIVIL ENGINEER: A fully qualified and Experienced Civil Engineer to undertake initially the general supervision of a large building scheme and also of a large water supply scheme for the Company’s Pulp and Paper Mills being built at Kinleith. Applicants should be physically fit and between 35 and 40 years of age. They should possess a recognised Civil Engineering Degree and/or Corporate Membership of the Institute of Civil Engineers.
