New General Manager The directors of the Otago Daily Times and Witness Newspapers Company, Ltd., have received with regret the resignation as general manager of Mr W. R. Sinclair, on account of ill-
health. Mr Sinclair has had a lifelong association with the Otago Daily Times, having joined the commercial staff in 1892. He gained experiences of all phases of newspaper production, and for many years was accountant to the company before being appointed general manager nine years ago.
He is succeeded byMrW. Dow, who also has been associated with the newspaper all his working life, except for a period when he saw service overseas during the Great War.
