British Trawler Released By Soviet Rec. 7:20 p.m. OSLO, May 13. The Grimsby trawler, Etruia, which the Russians released from arrest yesterday, has been arrested by the Norwegian authorities for a breach of their fishing laws. A Norwegian Customs official today said the Etruria would be charged with transferring a fish cargo to another trawler while inside Norwegian waters. The Etru-, ria later left the little North Norway port of Honingsvaag to resume fishing after the British Consul guaranteed the deposit of £IOO demanded by the Norwegian Customs authorities. The ship was released by the Russians after the British Embassy in Moscow had paid a fine of about £3O.
