Quota For Each Consumer In Southland A letter is being addressed by the secretary to the Southland Electric Power Supply, Mr Charles Campbell, to each consumer served direct by the Power Supply, informing the consumer of the number of units allotted to him for each week from the date of the letter until the next meterreading date. About 15,000 consumers are concerned.
