Invercargill Handicap WIN FOR COUNTY SHERIFF PA INVERCARGILL, May 14. The Invercargill Trotting Club concluded its autumn meeting under ideal autumn weather and track conditions yesterday. Bright sunshine prevailed and the track was firm but dead. There was a large attendance, and the totalisator handled £35,554, compared with £31,532 on the first day. For the two days £67,086 was handled. There was no autumn meeting last year. The Ballymena-County Sheriff-Lucky Fellow double paid £l2 8s for £1 on the double totalisator.
