WAR PENSIONS
Sir,—l am a soldier -pensioner, and I would like to know who will represent us in this fight for increase in pensions now Mr Holland has made the sky the limit. Will the heads of the RSA still remain silent as of yore? They have never done a thing to help the pensioner, so we will have to look to the war wounded to give us a break. What ,a shame we have no people to represent us, like the waterside workers, the railway workshops, and Tramways Union, etc. My idea is for all returned men to march with these dinkum unions when they have their numerous protest marches. Things will be tough in this country from now on, and it is up to us soldiers to do our best against the mob who went into power by a great accident, and who are making the £1 go further. Before this year is out we will have thousands of unemployed _ am. etc., pensioner. Mosgiel
