Cloudy To Overcast And Cool The official weather forecast issued by the Government Meteorologist in Wellington isSituation.—A deep depression centred over the South-east Tasman Sea extends over New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m.—Fresh northeast winds; weather cloudy to overcast and cool, with occasional drizzle or rain, becoming heavy in- the far west. y Weather in Dunedin.—Although only 0.05 in of rain was recorded yesterday, the day was cold, and temperatures did not rise above 54.6 deg. The lowest temperature was 46.4 deg. One hour and six minutes of sunshine was recorded, and the wind was from the north-east. Last night a light drizzle began to- fall, and at midnight the barometer reading was 29.93 in.
