Otago Hunt Club
The Otago Hunt Club' will hold its weekly meet at East Taieri tomorrow afternoon over the properties of Messrs Muirhend Bros., R. Barnes, J. Tregilgus. M. Hammer, J. H. Douglas, P. Birley, and J. Dunnery. Followers will meet at the quarry near the Mosgiel Railway Station at 2 p.m.
R. Young, one of the Dominion’s leading reinsmen, will drive Sydney Victor, a Southland candidate, in the F. G. Plunket Stakes at Oamaru tomorrow. Sydney Victor may not be as seasoned as his Canterbury opponents, but he should make a bold showing.
