PROGRAMME FOR OAMARU WINTER MEETING
The programme for the Oamaru Jockey Club's winter meeting, which will be held on June 17, is the same as that for last year. The stakes total £IB7O, of which £4OO is allotted to the Oamaru Winter Cup. run over a mile and a-quarter. The Hack and Hunters’ Steeplechase, two hack races, and a novice race all carry a stake of £2OO. while the open sprint is worth £250. Improving pacers are catered for with two races each worth £2lO.
