WAR MEMORIALS
Sir,—At present there is much talk about a memorial to our boys who gave their lives in the last two wars. These boys were in many instances the sole support of aged parents, and provided not only money support- but happiness and company. Would it not be a nice gesture to make these parents less lonely bv providing homes and clubs for them, where they could meet and talk with others of their own age and interests? Sports grounds as a memorial —ban. How many of those would ever give a thought of the boys who have gone?—l am. etc., Interested.
