NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Otago Harbour Board proposes to adopt a new By-law to be known as By-law No. 45, 1950. repealing Sections 17, 18, 18a, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of By-law No. 28, 1936, as enacted or amended by By-law No. 30, 1938. and By-law No. 43,‘1948, and re-enacting the said sections in the new By-law, subject to the following amendments:— (a) Section 18a is amended to provide for notice of the imposition of special storage charges being given by advertisement, and (b) Section 20 is amended as to the period of free storage on transhipments and overlanded cargo.
